Golden Vision Training was founded by Oliver Gu and Mary Wang in 2010. Oliver and Mary have been passionate about sharing their digital marketing knowledge and helping people pursue their dreams of financial freedom.
Oliver Gu and Mary Wang are trusted authorities who pioneered digital marketing training in the Chinese Canadian business community across Canada. They were also guest lecturers at Tsinghua University’s International eMBA Program at Ryerson University in 2015.
They have been offering digital marketing training since 2010. The courses cover digital marketing fundamentals, E-commerce, social media, and sales skills focusing on core digital marketing strategies and skills such as website optimization, search engine optimization(SEO), PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and sales skills.
Their proprietary trademarked WELCOME Lead Attraction System® is to help business owners and entrepreneurs create automated online lead generation systems.
Oliver Gu and Mary Wang are the founders of the Canada China E-commerce Alliance.
About Oliver Gu
Oliver Gu was born in the beautiful city of Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. He graduated from the school of foreign languages at Soochow University (Suzhou) in 1993.
In 1996, Oliver went to East Lansing, Michigan for his Master of Business administration degree at Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University where he graduated in 1998 with his Master of Business Administration. He received his second master’s degree in Computer Science in 2002.
Oliver built his first website in 1996. Later, he started his eCommerce business at eBay in 1999, received eBay top-rated seller recognition letters from eBay chief executive Meg Whitman. Since then Oliver has been marketing online.
Oliver has been an inspiring speaker in various seminars and his Saturday free seminars on digital marketing, eCommerce, and sales have attracted over 50,000 people all over the world. He has also delivered seminars on topics such as direct selling, personal development, and financial freedom. He also has appeared on the Toronto Talent TV Entrepreneur series.
Since Oliver has started teaching, he has trained thousands of business owners and students in partnership with Victoria Traning Centre formerly Toronto Victoria International College.
In 2012, Oliver Gu was awarded by Toronto Talent TV as Canada’s Most Favored Family and Individual Entrepreneur. In 2015, he was appointed as the e-commerce guest lecturer by Tsinghua University’s International eMBA Program at Ryerson University.
Between 2016 and 2018, Oliver has organized five eCommerce and digital marketing summit meetings in China and Canada. One of the summit meetings held in November 2017, the Canada-China eCommerce and High-tech Summit, was attended by more than 1000 people.
About Mary
Having a background in business, communication studies, and computer science from top universities in China and the United States, Mary Wang has been passionate about digital marketing since 2008. Her digital marketing journey started as a self-taught digital marketer, then a digital marketing trainer, and now a woman entrepreneur running a successful digital marketing agency – Noah Digital, Canada’s #1 English and Chinese digital marketing agency.
As a Google Certified digital marketing professional specializing in digital marketing strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (PPC), content marketing, and copywriting with more than 13 years of experience in North America, Mary Wang is a trusted authority in English and Chinese markets.
Mary Wang created WELCOME Lead Attraction System® to help businesses build an effective digital marketing system by focusing on the core elements – website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (PPC), content marketing, copywriting, and social media to achieve results quickly.
